Ghost Browser

Animation, Video Production

Meet Ghost Browser

Ghost Browser is a start up company based in Denver, CO. They created a task-based browser with built-in session management and a productivity sidebar with the goal of increasing the productivity of those who work in the web. Ghost Browser makes it possible to keep multiple clients, projects, and accounts separate and secure, helping to save you time and energy throughout your day.

I worked as the Interactive Media intern for Ghost Browser. My task was to create a product explainer video that gave an overview of the product, including the benefits and features, with the goal of encouraging others to use Ghost Browser.

Process

Process

The process of creating an explainer video began with building an understanding of the product and target audience. I began by analyzing demographics of visitors to the site since its launch in December of 2015. Using those insights, I began drafting a script that catered to the intended audience. After multiple iterations of the script, I began storyboarding scenes.

I used a video animation software called GoAnimate (now called Vyond ). As such, I had access to their library of assets including characters, props, and scenes. I was also able to upload any of my own assets to use. The assets I created are scattered throughout and were created using Adobe Illustrator.
